Wednesday, February 13 the Contemporary Art Museum St. Louis is hosting a party ... Flight. This is the second part of this unique three-part series in which the Contemporary and ALIVE Magazine team up to produce one incredible party.

During the November Flight, people could walk down a "landing strip" and were directed into the event by air traffic controllers...in full uniform might I add. This time around, there will be lots of dancing, cocktails from Tuaca and Korbel, food from Bar Italia, and sexy salsa dancing demonstrations from Club Viva.

Winter Cure - Jan 25 at Foundry - ArtLink Exclusive Event!

Hello, ArtLinkers -

We want to kick off the new year with an event from one of our new organizations!  We're calling this one "Winter Cure".

This cozy ArtLink Event hosted by the Foundry Art Centre invites ArtLink members to leave their winter coats at the door and spend an evening full of culture with the Foundry studio artists.

The Foundry artists will have their studio doors open throughout the upstairs floors, allowing guests to interact and explore the studios of working artists, and look at the current work on display. ArtLink members are encouraged to talk with the artists and if they wish purchase original works of art.

On the main floor, the gallery doors will also be open for viewing the current juried exhibition; “Internal Illumination,” along with the “Group 4 Award: Show Me Show” on display. The Ameristar Gallery will be displaying the work of Amy Davidson.

Winter Cure Refreshments: Hot chocolate with peppermint schnapps served with powdered doughnuts and chocolate covered pretzels.
