ArtLink First Anniversary Party - Thursday March 8th

After ONE incredible year, ArtLink is celebrating on ONE incredible night.

Next Thursday, March 8, ArtLink is celebrating its One-Year Anniversary with a fabulous party at Mercury!

We are thrilled at the response we've received from the St. Louis community, and are looking to kick off our second year in style.

Pablo Weiss - the restauranteur behind Kitchen K and Nectar - is opening the doors of his swank new bar Mercury for a special ArtLink party.  We'll have free beer and Belvedere vodka to quench your thirst.

Mingle with other young friends, and meet the staff from our three member institutions (The Contemporary, Laumeier, and the Shakespeare Festival).  Additionally, we'll have members of the ArtLink board helping to serve the beer, so you can ask us anything about ArtLink.

The party is free for ArtLink members, and $5 for everyone else.  Of course, we welcome anyone who wants to join ArtLink at the door ($20 for a 1-year membership) and they can also get in free.  Don't forget to bring your membership card!

Remember - ArtLink social events on two consecutive Thursdays: tomorrow for Select Night, and next week for the One Year Anniversary.

Irish Select Night at the Contemporary

Okay, so tomorrow (Thursday, March 1) the Contemporary turns a bit green in the spirit of St. Patrick's Day. Yes, that's right, we're celebrating early. Although we won't have green beer, we will have cold Budweiser Selects and Irish-inspired food by Wolfgang Puck.

The Irish Xiles will join us for some rowdy Irish music. Often appearing at The Dubliner, they are heading down our way for the evening.  Bring a can of green food for Food Outreach and we'll give you a free beer. As always, guests must be 21 or older to enter, there is no admission charge, and the party runs 6 until 9pm.  Hope to see all you ArtLinkers there!

Cocktails for a Cause - Feb 21

The Shakespeare Festival of St. Louis and the RFT are teaming up to host Cocktails for a Cause on Wednesday, February 21 at Frazer's (1811 Pestalozzi).  A donation of $10 at the door goes to the Shakespeare Festival.  With your donation, receive complimentary drinks from 6-8 p.m.
